The nonadherent contact layer protects granulating tissue without sticking, while an absorbent pad manages drainage and provides cushioning. A nonwoven backing with adhesive border ensures secure placement, and the semiocclusive polyurethane film maintains optimal moisture balance while blocking contaminants. Suitable as primary or secondary dressing with wear time up to 7 days. 4" x 6" pad on 6" x 7.5" dressing.
