Orders placed after 3 PM CST will begin processing the next business day.
Orders are not processed on weekends or federal holidays.

3. Temperature-Sensitive & Cold-Chain Products
Items requiring temperature control (e.g., vaccines, extracts, diagnostics) will be shipped in:

Same-day or overnight delivery when necessary
Cold-chain items MUST be received immediately upon delivery to maintain product integrity.
These products are non-returnable.
4. Shipping Restrictions

Products may require signature upon delivery

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for regulated items

These times are estimates, not guarantees.
Delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses are outside Avicenna’s control.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
You can follow your shipment in real time through the carrier’s website.
8. Delivery Issues
Please notify us within 48 hours if:

Your order is lost

Your package arrives damaged

An item is missing

The product was affected during transit
Provide photos when applicable.
We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
9. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

Reshipment will occur only after address verification

Cold-chain items cannot be reshipped and are non-refundable
